Exploitation / Delivery of IT Services
“During exploitation the end-user satisfaction and the price/quality ratio of services needs to be monitored, controlled and managed, to ensure real value is added.”
As soon as the delivery takes place, the sourced function or process needs to be monitored, controlled and managed according to agreed service levels and evaluation criteria. End-users could be asked for their satisfaction concerning services offered. During the contract, you require that the supplier delivers products and services according to the price and quality as agreed upon. Guarding the price/quality ratio, which at least must meet your branches’ market conformity, enables you to determine if you are ready for the future.
In this stage we would recommend you to look at our benchmark offerings, to be sure you pay the right price for the right quality (e.g. service levels) delivered. METRI is a leader in benchmarking Internal Service Providers (ISP) and External Service Suppliers (ESP). A benchmark can be a good starting point to prepare for a contract renewal, even if you want to use the option in your contract to continue, or if you want to redefine your sourcing strategy. Besides that, it could be relevant to measure the satisfaction of your clients and/or end-users, by making use of our offering ‘Client satisfaction’.
