IT Performance Monitoring / Analysis

Measurement data from IT processes is presented by (Key) Performance Indicators, or KPIs. A KPI Dashboard for IT stakeholders is a proven method to provide feedback on the collected measurements from monitoring and control of ongoing IT activities, from various perspectives. The KPIs give users insight into: quality, costs, volumes and risks which lead to actions that trigger desirable results and behaviour.
The main costs of implementing KPIs are: agreeing what the required KPIs are and their development and supporting tools. METRI has used effective KPIs in its benchmarking activities and has developed a General KPI Framework in which these KPIs are represented. This is a quick start for a fast and cost efficient implementation of useful metrics in relation to strategic, tactical and operational goals.
