Our benchmark approach looks beyond cost and productivity
Whilst traditional benchmarks primarily focus on costs and productivity, our benchmarks focus on 5 dimensions: costs/price, volumes, complexity aspects, quality (service levels), and service delivery. In some benchmarks, process maturity and/or process productivity can be included.
METRI uses a service-oriented benchmarking methodology
We have developed an unique benchmarking methodology, in which each specific service component is measured and valued. We call this the Component-Based-Measurement® methodology. The client service structure is not compromised in the comparison and the peers are shaped to the client service model instead of shaping the client to the peer. This ensures that the benchmark results are transparent and easy to recognise and interpret as well.
