The METRI IT Service
Review (ITSR) offers our clients a structured methodology for providing a baseline of IT performance. Five dimensions are used to compare performance against a peer group:
- Cost (Efficiency)
- Volumes
- Complexity
- Quality (Service Levels)
- Service Delivery (Operational activities)
Optional the processes (IT Infrastructure Library – ITIL) can be reviewed.
A comparison can be performed against Internal Service Providers (ISPs) or against External Service Providers (ESPs).
A “typical” organisation does not exist
