We are able to benchmark Internal Service Providers (ISP’s) and External Service Providers (ESP’s) by reviewing operational contracts, proposals (RFP’s) or pricing models. The scope of a benchmark varies from a specific IT service, a part of an IT infrastructure to a complete IT environment, including application landscape.
