METRI is a fast growing, independent, international management consultancy company, specialised in Benchmarking, Sourcing and Governance. Our consultants operate where IT and business come together, having a thorough understanding of both the challenges and complexity of IT organisations and the business needs. Our objective is to improve effectiveness and efficiency of IT and business performance. The focus is to maximise the return of IT investments and control the IT costs of our clients.
METRI was founded in 2003 and is recognised for its pragmatic approach. METRI is the first and only consulting company to deliver a service-oriented, Component-Based-Measurement approach to IT benchmarking. This approach ensures that the services of our client’s are more accurately represented in a benchmark. We analyse all data and results whilst taking into account key cost drivers related to the scope of services, e.g. service content, quality (service levels), complexity, and volumes. This ensures more realistic, accurate and comprehensive benchmark results. The underlying methodology, models and market data form the core of our organisation.
Within the sourcing lifecycle our offerings are focused on developing sourcing strategies, effectively using a sourcing business case, and guiding the RFI/RFP process. Our benchmarking experience enables us to add unique value by including market and peer data. METRI’s consultants are able to use extensive knowledge on the challenges and pitfalls we come across at both internal and external IT organisations. We believe our hands-on and analytical approach best serves the interest of our clients.
Governance is the ‘binding factor’ in IT. We help our clients to create transparency in their services, e.g. through service catalogues, cost allocations, charging and cost models. METRI also provides support in creating a well structured and manageable IT organisation.
