Consultant – The Netherlands
In order to strengthen our consulting team, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic consultant.
Job Definition
- Working on projects in cooperation with a project leader for the top 500 organisations worldwide. Possible research projects are ICT Benchmarks in both applicative and infrastructure areas; creating Service Catalogues; advising our clients about the structure of a cost model for charge back systems or internal drivers; advising about an RFP route; a.o.;
- Preparing progress reports and giving support for optimising the satisfaction of our customers;
- Working in close cooperation with relation managers to discuss business opportunities and to handle these business opportunities on a proactive manner in dialogue with the customer.
Profile
- Academic education (Bachelor’s or Master’s degree) or a relevant MBA degree;
- 2 to 4 years of experience in ICT advisement and/or implementation of processes or cost structures;
- Enthusiastic person who likes to work in a team;
- Inquisitive and open to new challenges;
- Good communicative skills, result driven and ambitious.
